About BRBM Global Peace Foundation
BRBM Global Peace Foundation was established by Prof. (Dr.) Bishnu Pada Bose as a tribute to the enduring legacy of his late parents, Smt. Braja Rani Bose and Shri Beni Madhab Bose. Their lives and values of compassion, kindness, integrity, humility, selfless service, and respect for all living beings continue to inspire the Foundation.
The name BRBM is lovingly derived from their names “BR” from Braja Rani and “BM” from Beni Madhab. More than an acronym, BRBM represents a living legacy of values that inspire a commitment to peace, compassion, respect for life, and harmony with nature.
We honour our parents with the deepest love, gratitude, and respect, as they are our first connection to life and our first gateway to this beautiful world. Through them, we receive the precious opportunity to experience life, nature, and the wonders of the universe. Our gratitude and respect for them therefore form an important part of our appreciation for the gift of life.
Inspired by these timeless values, BRBM Global Peace Foundation is dedicated to advancing global peace, human dignity, animal welfare, biodiversity conservation, environmental stewardship, and sustainable development.
The Foundation believes that every individual has both the ability and responsibility to contribute to a more peaceful, compassionate, and sustainable world through awareness, responsible action, and respect for people, animals, and nature.

BRBM Global Peace Foundation was established as a tribute to my late parents, Smt. Braja Rani Bose and Shri Beni Madhab Bose, whose lives reflected compassion, integrity, kindness, humility, and respect for all living beings. Their timeless values continue to inspire the purpose and direction of this Foundation.
I believe that peace begins with each individual. Every citizen has the ability and responsibility to promote peace and awareness within oneself, within one’s community, and throughout the world. Personal peace can grow into social harmony when we choose compassion over cruelty, kindness over indifference, respect over intolerance, and responsibility over exploitation.
True peace is not merely the absence of conflict. It also means upholding human dignity, protecting animals from cruelty and suffering, respecting biodiversity, caring for nature, and pursuing sustainable and responsible ways of living.
BRBM Global Peace Foundation seeks to encourage this awareness through education, research, dialogue, innovation, collaboration, and responsible action, with a commitment to the well-being of people, animals, and nature.

Message from the Founder
Prof. (Dr.) Bishnu Pada Bose is the Founder of BRBM Global Peace Foundation. He is an Academician, Researcher, Civil Engineer (PhD), and Sustainability Advocate with over 30 years of combined academic and professional experience spanning academia and industry. He is a Former Professor of Civil Engineering. Earlier in his career, he worked with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and ITC Limited, gaining valuable experience in engineering, project management, and industrial operations. He currently serves as an Advisor and Partner at Invosystems Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore, where he works as a Carbon Footprint Consultant.
Dr. Bose earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur (Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship), India. His professional interests and expertise include Sustainable Construction Materials, Blue Economy, Blue Education, Marine Resources, Carbon Footprint, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Development.
He serves on the editorial boards of several international journals and is a reviewer for numerous international academic journals. He is also an active member of various national and international professional, academic, and research organizations. He has made significant contributions to academic research and scholarly publications in his areas of interest and expertise. He has served as a Convenor, Session Chair, Scientific Committee Member, and Keynote Speaker at several prestigious international conferences, meetings, and academic forums, reflecting his active leadership and contribution to the global academic community.
Inspired by the enduring values of their late parents, Smt. Braja Rani Bose and Shri Beni Madhab Bose, he established BRBM Global Peace Foundation with the vision of contributing to One Earth • One Humanity • One Future in Peace and Harmony.

Since the earliest days of human civilization, people across the globe have aspired to discover the path to peace. Across generations, humanity has continued to seek a life of peace, security and harmony. While peace requires supportive conditions in the world around us, its foundation also begins within ourselves. One of the deepest pathways to inner peace is kindness, compassion and respect for all living beings.
When a person discovers the path to peace within, their sense of humanity and moral awareness can become deeper and more conscious. A heart awakened to true humanity can extend selfless care, love and compassion not only toward other people, but also toward animals and nature.
Guided by this belief, BRBM Global Peace Foundation recognizes its responsibility toward humanity and all living beings across the globe and is committed to promoting awareness of peace, humanity, kindness and compassion.
BRBM Global Peace Foundation seeks to encourage awareness, education, dialogue and positive engagement to foster a culture of peace, human dignity, compassion and responsible coexistence, so that people, animals and nature may live, coexist and flourish together with mutual respect, harmony and care.

BRBM-এর শান্তির দর্শন
এই বিশ্বের মানুষের প্রধান আকাঙ্ক্ষাগুলোর অন্যতম হলো শান্তির পথ খুঁজে পাওয়া। মানুষ যুগে যুগে, প্রতিমুহূর্তে শান্তির সন্ধান করে চলেছে। অথচ প্রকৃত শান্তির পথ অনেক সময় বাইরের জগতে নয়, মানুষের নিজের অন্তরেই নিহিত। আর সেই অন্তরের প্রকৃত শান্তির অন্যতম পথ হলো সকল জীবের প্রতি দয়া, মমতা ও সহমর্মিতা।
একজন মানুষ যখন নিজের মধ্যে শান্তির পথ খুঁজে পায়, তখন তার মানবিকতা ও মানবিক চেতনা আরও গভীর ও সচেতন হয়ে ওঠে। আর যে হৃদয়ে সত্যিকারের মানবিকতা জাগ্রত হয়, সে কেবল মানুষের প্রতিই নয়, প্রাণী ও প্রকৃতির প্রতিও নিঃস্বার্থ মমতা, ভালোবাসা ও সহমর্মিতা প্রকাশ করতে পারে।

আসুন, আমরা সর্বদা আমাদের পিতা-মাতা এবং যাঁরা আমাদের লালন-পালন করেছেন তাঁদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ থাকি, কারণ তাঁদের মাধ্যমেই আমরা এই সুন্দর জীবন লাভ করেছি।
আসুন, আমরা প্রত্যেকে নিজ নিজ বিশ্বাস, ধর্ম বা বিবেক অনুযায়ী এই পৃথিবীর অমূল্য উপহার বিশুদ্ধ বায়ু, নির্মল জল, উর্বর ভূমি, বন, নদী, মহাসাগর, জীববৈচিত্র্য এবং সকল জীবের জন্য কৃতজ্ঞ থাকি।
